The centre of Winterberg and its surroundings offer plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can go during your stay. Taste the ultimate German atmosphere and be sure to visit one or more of the options below.
- Dorf Alm: for that ultimate German feeling - think dirndl dresses, chequered blouses and lederhosen. You can have lunch or dinner at Dorf Alm. Open daily from 10 a.m. Please note! Dorf Alm does not take reservations from December through March, so there may be a short wait before you can sit down. Dorf Alm is located at Am Waltenberg 35, in the same street as some of our apartments.
- Café Extrablatt: : This café is located right in the centre of Winterberg. Café Extrablatt is a spacious café that also offers al fresco seating on their big terrace in summer.
- Pancake house Der Brabander: you can find the pancake house right next to holiday hotel Der Brabander. It is the perfect location for young and old. On the menu you will find sweet and savoury pancakes, including a special seasonal pancake with ingredients from the current season.
- Panorama Restaurant & Café: for lunch or dinner with a view, we recommend heading to the Panorama café. Located in between the various amazing activities Winterberg offers (think of the toboggan run, Erlebnisberg Kappe and the mountain bike park), you will find the Panorama café. With this name, it should hardly come as a surprise that this restaurant offers panoramic views of Winterberg. Let the children discover the two imaginative play corners while you take a moment to relax.
