Terms of payment and cancellation

  • If guests make a reservation and check-in is within 30 days, the sum must be paid in full on the reservation date. 
  • If the reservation is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 50% must be paid on the reservation date and the remaining amount for the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.
  • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Guests must pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of check-in. 
  • If the guest doesn't show, they will pay the total price of the reservation.
  • Even in the event of unforeseen circumstances that require the guest to cancel the stay, the total amount of the reservation will remain due if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival.
